First of all, such beautiful flowers were delivered to my friend. Secondly, Patti Ann's went above and beyond with service. They delivered the flowers to the hospital. Then the hospital called to say my friend had been discharged. (She had not.) They picked up the flowers only to receive a call from me asking about the delivery. They were very courteous and said they would make sure the flowers would be delivered to her home the next morning. (She was released early evening.) Thank you VERY much!!!

Flowers are gorgeous - my wife loves yellow. Delivery man carried vase into house and congratulated my wife on her anniversary - nice touch.

I can always count on Patti Ann's flowers to do an excellent job. I was able to easily find the right flowers on the website, www.pattiannsflowers.com and make the order. I usually make the order for same-day delivery, however in this case, it was next day delivery. The service and beautiful vase of flowers were delivered & received without any issues. The location is local to where I live and would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking to send flowers. The florist at this location know what they are doing and it is very appreciated.

Your partner florist in Denton reported they had delivered the flowers but did not. Your employee in Frisco made it right, enhanced it and had it delivered. Customer service makes all difference. I will keep buying all my florals thru your company

I stopped in on August 19th and the customer service I received was excellent. We worked together to create the perfect bouquet. I recently received two stunning floral arrangements from Patti Ann’s Flowers, and I couldn’t be happier! The first was a beautiful birthday surprise from my daughters, and the second, an exquisite arrangement from my husband to celebrate 30 years since the day we met. My stepmom just received the plant arrangement and she loves it!!! Turns out she's a Patty Ann's customer as well as a recipient. She's so pleased and I'm so grateful they were able to make the delivery on short notice. Great customer service and beautiful plants!!!!
