The flowers were absolutely perfect for my mom's birthday and they were so beautiful! Even though I ordered them day of they got here right on time! I will be purchasing flowers from here again in the future

Beautiful arrangement! The gentleman that delivered was professional and very polite/charming. This may seem silly, but I appreciated that he knocked on the door vs ringing the doorbell. It felt more personal.

First of all, such beautiful flowers were delivered to my friend. Secondly, Patti Ann's went above and beyond with service. They delivered the flowers to the hospital. Then the hospital called to say my friend had been discharged. (She had not.) They picked up the flowers only to receive a call from me asking about the delivery. They were very courteous and said they would make sure the flowers would be delivered to her home the next morning. (She was released early evening.) Thank you VERY much!!!

I can always count on Patti Ann's flowers to do an excellent job. I was able to easily find the right flowers on the website, www.pattiannsflowers.com and make the order. I usually make the order for same-day delivery, however in this case, it was next day delivery. The service and beautiful vase of flowers were delivered & received without any issues. The location is local to where I live and would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking to send flowers. The florist at this location know what they are doing and it is very appreciated.

Your partner florist in Denton reported they had delivered the flowers but did not. Your employee in Frisco made it right, enhanced it and had it delivered. Customer service makes all difference. I will keep buying all my florals thru your company
